Ours are clinically tested products and are widely used for adding color to polished concrete (both interior and exterior) as well as to prevent concrete from oils and water based stains. The stains and dyes are basically used as concrete acid stains for coloring grey concrete and overlays. The variety of products offered by Xtreme Polishing Systems can be bought to enhance the overall look of the surface whilst complimenting architectural features of the place. Our dyes such as Clemons Color Coatings super Dye do not contain harsh chemicals and can be applied and sealed in approximately a day's time allowing you to minimize total acid staining time. They are basically mixed with Densifiers or penetrating agents in order to drive the dyes into concrete surface which otherwise is a little difficult due to the tight structure of concrete as well as hot weather constraints.
Mixing the concrete stains and dyes with penetrating agents and acetone actually provides enough time for the dyes to penetrate into the tighter concrete floors thereby resulting in natural color variations. The acid stain patterns may vary in degrees of intensity - NO TWO FLOORS WILL BE THE SAME EVER! To further protect your polished concrete floors we offer Stain Shields. They not only enhance the dye color; they remove stains without having to use diamond grinders.
